RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of MV-MB Ltd. undertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer via online reservation, in full quantity and quality, according to the information provided by the customer in the reservation form: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All customer requests entered in the “Comments” field of the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.

Only persons who have not reached the specified age on the date of arrival will be accepted in the reservation for children.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website of MV-MB Ltd. are in euros, including VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount payable by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

When making online reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking by debit/credit card or by bank transfer no later than the deadline specified after booking.

MV-MB Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability at the time. For reservations that have already been made, confirmed, and paid for, the amount due will not change, regardless of any new price offers.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, non-use, or change of an already paid online reservation by the customer, MB-MB will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:

Changes to reservations without penalty can be made up to 1 day before the date of arrival.

Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 1 day before the date of accommodation.

For changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is due.

When refunding the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the expense of the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are made within 30 days, depending on the method of payment, and are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

TYPES OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

  1. Electronically with a debit or credit card

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro cards. When you choose this payment method, a payment page of our servicing bank (UBB) will open, where you can enter your card details. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your issuing bank will open, where you enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will be displayed on the screen, which you can print or save.

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

Security when entering and transferring card details is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, our servicing bank’s e-commerce payment server supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.

At the time of online booking, the amounts mentioned will be automatically debited from your card upon completion of the payment process.

For security reasons, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 3,000 BGN.

  1. By bank transfer

The specified amount must be paid no later than the deadline indicated after booking. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to zamaka@gmail.com, making sure to include the reservation number in the payment reference.

  1. In cash, at the reception desk of MV-MB Ltd.

For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception desk in order to speed up the reservation processing.

IMPORTANT!

If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and no copy of the payment document is sent for bank transfers, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

If you are unable to pay the amount for an online reservation you have already made, please notify us by email: zamaka@gmail.com. Failure to comply with this condition entitles MV-MB Ltd. to seek liability and penalties for reservations made and not paid for.

REFUNDS

If the customer cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Refunds for amounts paid by credit card or bank transfer can only be made to the credit card or bank account used for payment. All bank charges for this transaction are at the customer’s expense.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

MV-MB Ltd. undertakes to provide the customer with the full amount of the services requested and paid for by them.

MV-MB Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of the services ordered by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

MV-MB Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

Amounts for services ordered but not used in whole or in part through the fault of the customer shall not be refunded.

The customer undertakes to comply with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel shall be borne by the customer.

MV-MB Ltd. reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a customer makes a reservation, it is considered that they have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Reservations made by telephone, email, or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship. Payment is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the zamakbg.eu website, the mandatory provisions of the law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
